How can I track the ambulance from a different country?
  • In the event of an emergency, a live tracking link to track the ambulance will be sent to you and your emergency contacts. This link can be accessed from any web-browser.
  • A dedicated Emergency Care Manager provides regular updates in real-time to emergency contacts.
How do I update emergency contact details?
  • To add or edit the emergency contact details of a family member, follow these steps:
    • Log in to your account.
    • Go to "My Family"
    • Select the family member's profile.
    • Click on the "Edit" option and add details.
What happens in the event of non-emergency medical situations?
  • In the case of a non-emergency, we still send an ambulance based on your requirements. You can either schedule an ambulance in advance or request one immediately by informing our Rapid Response team. You will be provided with a dedicated phone number and Whatsapp Group through which you can request help.
How experienced and trained is the medical staff?
  • All our paramedics have 2+ years of experience in handling emergencies
